Lane Kiffin mocks Kirby Smart with ‘clapping’ gesture to ref

Ole Miss football versus Georgia took a rather humorous, mocking turn Saturday. All involving Lane Kiffin taking a dig at opposing coach Kirby Smart. The Bulldogs head coach went viral for a clapping incident against Auburn last Saturday. Well, Kiffin pulled off his version of it: “I was just clapping” pic. twitter. com/NgRt5KazPA Bunkie Perkins (@BunkiePerkins) [.] The post Lane Kiffin mocks Kirby Smart with ‘clapping’ gesture to ref appeared first on ClutchPoints.

Bondi’s DOJ is backing warrantless invasion of gun owners’ homes

The Department of Justice under Attorney General Pam Bondi is advancing an argument that threatens to hollow out the Fourth Amendment’s core protection: that Americans may be secure in their homes against warrantless searches. The lawsuit is Case v. Montana. After a difficult breakup, William Trevor Case was at home alone when police arrived for a so-called “welfare check.” They spent nearly an hour outside his house. Officers walked around the property, shined flashlights through windows, and even discussed calling his relatives or reaching him directly. They never did. Instead, they retrieved rifles and a ballistic shield, broke down his door without a warrant, and shot him. The Montana Supreme Court upheld the police’s warrantless entry. Apparently, the government’s “reasonable suspicion” that Treavor Case might need “help” was sufficient to justify an armed warrantless intrusion into his home. That standard is alarmingly low. The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause and…

Phasmophobia Nell’s Diner release countdown: Exact start time and date

Phasmophobia already has 13 unique locations you can visit to ghost hunt, but the map roster is getting bigger quite soon with the impending arrival of Nell’s Diner. This location is unlike anything we’ve seen so far, so you’ll likely want to start investigating it as soon as possible. Although Nell’s Diner isn’t available to play just yet, it’s arriving sooner than you might expect. It’s nearly time to explore this small, rustic restaurant, so if you want to ensure you’re ready to go when it launches, here’s the exact time and date when Nell’s Diner will be released in Phasmophobia. Table of contents When does Nell’s Diner release in Phasmophobia? Nell’s Diner map features in Phasmophobia When does Nell’s Diner release in Phasmophobia? 11. An exact launch time hasn’t been shared, but fresh Phasmophobia content usually goes live at 7am CT, so it’s fairly likely this update will, too. We’ve set our timer to the expected time, but as any additional details are revealed around the launch, we’ll update all key details here as needed. The expected launch time is also listed across major time zones, so you know when it’ll be available in your area. [hurrytimer id=”1130465″] PT: 5am on Nov. 11 CT: 7am on Nov. 11 ET: 8am on Nov. 11 BST: 1pm on Nov. 11 CEST: 2pm on Nov. 11 JST: 9pm on Nov. 11 AEST: 10pm on Nov. Although we haven’t gotten a full look at this location just yet, there are already a lot of important details we know about it. Here’s a breakdown of everything we’ve learned so far. It’s a small map, close in scale to most house maps and generally smaller locations like 13 Willow Street and Camp Woodwind. Nell’s Diner has 13 total rooms, and 11 of them can be the ghost room. The front areas in the diner are brightly lit and vibrant, while the back rooms are dingy and run down, creating a contrasting ambiance between the spaces. Nell’s Diner features environmental storytelling that allows you to piece together what happened at this location, including features like fresh food with steam still coming off it and a police car with lights left on in the parking lot. Some of the rooms you can visit at this location are the dining area, kitchen, storage rooms, and office. One of the trickier rooms you need to investigate here is the freezer, which is permanently cold, making it impossible to get an accurate Thermometer reading. It’s the 14th map to be added to Phasmophobia. Daniel Knight, the Director of Kinetic Games and Lead Developer of Phasmophobia, told Destructoid, “Nell’s is an example of how [the team wants] all the maps in Phasmophobia to feel going forward” because “It’s unique, and has been meticulously designed to tell more of a story to players beyond the immediate ghost they’re hunting.” This isn’t the last update we’re getting this year, as there’s still plenty more in store before 2026. You may want to check out the 2025 Phasmophobia roadmap to review all content arriving next. There’s also plenty to tackle in Phasmophobia already, like completing the weekly challenge, braving Blood Moon weather, and locating all Cursed Possessions around Grafton Farmhouse. Dugin dissects the hermeneutics of Putin’s ‘philosophy of complexity’ for the new ‘multipolar order’

Alexander Dugin, a philosopher characteristic of traditional Russian thought, described Vladimir Putin’s definition of multipolarity. Far from the simplistic Western view that several powers would replace the US hyperpower, he emphasizes that the Russian president breaks with linear thinking and evokes that of quantum physics. Yesterday, Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin dissected Putin’s speech to the Valdai Club (which I approached from a geopolitical perspective [ 1 ] ) – which he defines as “a philosophical cyanotype for the multipolar world” and “shows how quantum complexity, civilizational sovereignty and strategic realism form a new world order that defies Western simplifications [ 2 ] .” Alexander Dugin comments: Putin’s “philosophy of complexity” constitutes “an alternative to the Western globalist model.” He contrasts Trump’s cyclothymic, kaleidoscopic style with Putin’s definition of “multipolarity,” which is based on biospheric biodiversity: “It represents something…
