**Indore Management Association Hosts 4th Women Leadership Conclave 2025**
Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The Indore Management Association (IMA) successfully hosted the 4th Women Leadership Conclave 2025 at the Brilliant Convention Centre, drawing over 400 women professionals, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders. Centered on the theme “Leadership, Opportunities and Entrepreneurship,” the conclave featured 12 insightful sessions spanning finance, marketing, entertainment, sustainability, and management, offering valuable perspectives on leadership and empowerment.
The event showcased a distinguished lineup of speakers, including Karuna Gopal Vartakavi, who envisioned “Zero-Rape Cities” and emphasized the importance of sustainable, women-sensitive urban design. Lakshmi R. Iyer encouraged participants to embrace clarity, persistence, and confidence as keys to achieving happiness-driven success. Nikita Kumawat shared lessons on learning from failure and building globally recognized Indian brands.
Ashwin Anand highlighted the significance of responsibility, empathy, and risk-taking, while Shanti Valluri Gandhi stressed curiosity, data-driven leadership, and embracing failures as growth opportunities. Finance expert Lakshmi Iyer from Bajaj Finance promoted financial literacy, referring to SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) as “therapy” and the oxygen of financial independence.
Entrepreneur Geetanjali J. Angmo blended entrepreneurship with cultural philosophies, advocating sustainable education and eco-friendly growth. Tanya Nambiar spoke on the importance of self-awareness and authenticity, inspiring attendees to lead with their true selves. Prachi Mohapatra shared her inspiring journey from rural Odisha to a global leadership position in cybersecurity.
Aanchal Dhara encouraged self-love and dreaming big, while Ishita Moitra celebrated the power of storytelling as a tool for change. Vaishali Waghle urged women to view problem-solving as the true path to growth and empowerment.
The conclave was a vibrant celebration of women’s leadership, resilience, and vision.
