Texans’ Wednesday injury report includes updates on two key starters

The Houston Texans are gearing up for another AFC South battle in Week 11 against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday at Nissan Stadium. A victory would give the back-to-back division champions more ground in the hunt behind the Indianapolis Colts for a potential move back into first place.

Following Wednesday’s practice, several notable starters were either sidelined or limited in drills during the open media session. Quarterback C.J. Stroud (concussion), defensive back Jalen Pitre (concussion), kicker Ka’imi Fairbairn (quad), and defensive end Denico Autry (knee) were among the players who missed practice entirely. However, several of these key players are expected to return, at least at half speed, for Thursday’s practice.

In addition, various other Texans players participated in practice but were limited in the drills.

On the other side, the Tennessee Titans also faced injury challenges this week. Several players missed practice, and many more were limited as they prepare for Sunday’s contest.

Here’s a look at the Wednesday injury reports for both teams:

**Texans Injury Report**
– C.J. Stroud (concussion) – Did not practice
– Jalen Pitre (concussion) – Did not practice
– Ka’imi Fairbairn (quad) – Did not practice
– Denico Autry (knee) – Did not practice
– Others – Limited participation in drills

**Titans Injury Report**
– Multiple players missed or were limited in practice (details TBD)

Kickoff from Nissan Stadium is scheduled for noon CT. Stay tuned for updates as game day approaches!
