Boston Police Investigate Double Shooting in Mattapan
Boston police are currently investigating a double shooting that occurred in Mattapan on Friday evening, officials confirmed.
Officers responded to a reported shooting near 144 Standard Street around 5 p.m. Upon arrival, they found two individuals suffering from injuries that were considered non-life-threatening, according to Boston police.
The two victims were promptly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. At this time, no additional information has been released.
