**NY Cinemas to Rebrand as Devgn CineX Following Merger with Vishwa Samudra Group**
NY Cinemas, the popular chain of theatres known for its pleasant décor, superior sound and picture quality, comfortable seating, and reasonable rates, is undergoing a significant change. The chain, which is run by superstar Ajay Devgn, will now be rebranded as **Devgn CineX**.
This development was revealed by Gaurav Mishra on X (formerly Twitter). Gaurav, who has worked with NY Cinemas from March 2019 to July 2025, shared that the new logo for the theatre chain will be unveiled soon. He also confirmed that NY Cinemas has merged with the Vishwa Samudra (VS) Group.
