MANILA, Philippines — Finally returning to action, Kat Tolentino is grateful to be able to contribute again to the Choco Mucho Flying Titans in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL).
Tolentino had been sidelined for most of the year due to a ruptured appendix. Despite the setback, she hardly missed a beat, pouring in 15 points in their hard-fought victory with scores of 33-31, 26-24, 25-23.

DASMARIÑAS, Cavite— Far Eastern University managed to avoid another collapse as they fended off Adamson in an intense match on Wednesday at Dasmariñas Arena. The Lady Tamaraws secured the victory with set scores of 25-13, 25-22, 15-25, and 25-23 in the V-League Women’s Collegiate Challenge.
Despite taking the first two sets, FEU lost steam in the third, dropping it by 10 points. The team also experienced a tense moment when they blew a 23-20 lead in the final set. Nevertheless, their resilience paid off, forcing a winner-take-all Game 3 against Adamson.
