Naomi James Chief Executive Officer Good morning, everyone. I’m Naomi James, Chief Executive Officer of Ryman Healthcare. Thank you for joining us for our half year results for the 6 months to 30 September 2025. With me today is Matt Prior, who commenced as Chief Financial Officer on the 31st of July; and Hayden Strickett, our Head of Investor Relations. We’re going to be working to get through the presentation in around 30 minutes to allow time for Q&A before we wrap up at midday. Looking at the agenda, I’ll provide an overview of sales, stock, operations and development before handing to Matt, who will speak to the financials and capital management. And I’ll then provide an update on outlook and strategic priorities before opening up for Q&A. Hayden Strickett Starting on Slide 4. As you’ll see from today’s results, we are well on our way to delivering better returns and are doing the things we said we would do when we raised capital at the start of the year. This is the first positive free cash flow result that Ryman has announced in more than a decade. We have made substantial progress towards achieving our cost reduction.

“You’re one of the nicest” – Jannik Sinner and Felix Auger-Aliassime cherish their friendship after Paris Masters final
Jannik Sinner clinched his maiden Paris Masters title on Sunday, defeating Felix Auger-Aliassime in the final of the 2025 edition. Making his first appearance in the tournament final, the Italian emerged victorious with a scoreline of 6-4, 7-6(4), marking his 23rd career title.
With this Paris Masters triumph, Sinner also reclaimed the World No. 1 ranking from Carlos Alcaraz. The Spaniard, who was also competing in the Masters 1000 event, suffered a surprising early exit at the hands of Cameron Norrie.
Sinner capped off an impressive week by overcoming top players such as Alexander Zverev and Ben Shelton en route to the title. Notably, the four-time Grand Slam champion did not drop a single set throughout his run in Paris.
During the post-match presentation ceremony, Sinner praised Auger-Aliassime, describing the Canadian as one of the “nicest” players on the tour and expressing confidence in his future success.
“First of all, Felix, amazing week. I know you had a lot of pressure. You’ve been in a very difficult spot throughout the whole week. I hope it pays off for you, playing in Turin. Congrats to you and your whole team,” Sinner said.
“You’re one of the nicest people on the tour. If you keep playing like this, you’re for sure gonna have some of this — I’m very sure. I wish you the best for the rest of the season, but also the rest of your career. You’re amazing,” he added.
Auger-Aliassime also reflected on his longstanding friendship with Sinner. He recalled their teenage days, playing video games together, and now sharing the stage at one of the sport’s biggest tournaments.
“It’s never easy to lose in a final. But Jannik, congrats to you and your team. You push all the players and myself to improve and get better. I can only give you credit and tip my hat off to all the improvement since we’ve known each other,” Auger-Aliassime said.
“I think we were playing FIFA when we were 16 or 17. You’re a much better player since then,” he added.
With this victory, Sinner now boasts five Masters 1000 titles, each won at different tournaments, underscoring his versatility and elite status on the ATP Tour.
### What’s Next for Jannik Sinner?
Following his Paris Masters win, Jannik Sinner is set to compete at the ATP Finals in Turin, where he will also conclude his 2025 season. The Italian has confirmed that he will not participate in the Davis Cup Finals afterward.
Felix Auger-Aliassime is currently positioned in the No. 8 spot and is also in contention to qualify for the ATP Finals in Turin. Other players who have already secured their places in the Final 8 include Carlos Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic, Alexander Zverev, Taylor Fritz, Alex de Minaur, and Ben Shelton.
