Looking at the agenda, I’ll provide an overview of sales, stock, operations and development before handing to Matt, who will speak to the financials and capital management. As you’ll see from today’s results, we are well on our way to delivering better returns and are doing the things we said we would do when we raised capital at the start of the year. This is the first positive free cash flow result that Ryman has announced in more than a decade. We have made substantial progress towards achieving our cost reduction.

Saugus Speedway scoreboard circles back to Santa Clarita History Center
The Saugus Speedway scoreboard is making its way back home to the Santa Clarita History Center at Hart Park after the Valley Relics Museum in Van Nuys acquired it in 2017. The famed Saugus Speedway had its last race on the track in 1995. Leon Worden, a local historian and site manager of the History Center, which is operated by the Santa Clarita Valley Historical Society, said the History Center began collecting artifacts of the speedway over the summer. The former speedway site is being replaced by a new mixed-use development. “We recovered all of the big, heavy artifacts that were left at the Saugus Speedway, including the main entry sign and the signage around the track, including one of the 90-foot-long sign sections that said Saugus Speedway, and many other things,” Worden said. Worden said that the speedway meant a lot to people in the SCV and San Fernando Valley during its prime. “It’s a connection for a lot of people; it’s a connection to their youth. And I think that is, I think, well . it’s meaningful on a personal level to a lot of people,” Worden said. “This year, the Saugus Speedway is the No. 1 thing that our visitors talk about and ask about.” When asked what it feels like for the History Center to get the scoreboard back, Worden said it was “icing on the cake.” “The Saugus scoreboard is 24 feet long and 9 feet high. And just so you know, we’re looking at receiving it. We received donations from the community to cover Valley Relics’ own expenses. But we’re looking at doing this over the course of the next few months,” Worden said about when the nonprofit organization will have the scoreboard. Jim Insolo, a former race car driver who raced on the speedway, recalled one of his first memories of being at the track. “I kind of was working on a guy’s car before I ever raced. And I asked him if I could drive his car in one of the heat races, hoping that he would say no after I’d asked him,” Insolo said. “And he says, ‘Go ahead,’ so then I kind of had my foot in my mouth, and I had to go ahead and do it then and I decided that’s what I wanted to do.” Insolo said the experience made him want to pursue it as a career. “The thrill of the whole thing, you know what I mean? And out there with all those other cars and trying to be the best and win the race if you could. And it was just, there was just so many things about it, the highs and the lows of it all,” Insolo said. Insolo said it was very cool for the History Center to preserve the artifacts, so it keeps the speedway’s memory alive. “It’s a neat deal they’re doing that, so the younger people that didn’t really ever know it as a racetrack, you know, for being able to see what it was all about,” Insolo said. “They had those kind of whatever they’re going to build over there now, and you would never know it was a racetrack when you drive by there now. And it’s to keep that history alive of that racetrack.”.

Cities: Skylines development moves to Iceflake Studios
Colossal Order, the studio behind Cities: Skylines and its sequel, are departing the franchise and separating from publisher Paradox Interactive. Development on the Cities: Skylines franchise is moving to Iceflake Studios, an internal studio at Paradox Interactive. Paradox Interactive announced the change in a statement to the Cities: Skylines 2 forum. Described as a “mutual” decision, Colossal Order will hand the reins over to Iceflake Studios. Paradox says Iceflake Studios has already begun work on Cities: Skylines 2, and that players can expect new expansions and content updates for years to come. Colossal Order, on the other hand, will begin work on new projects.

‘Frozen 3’: Kristen Bell Has Seen Script, Says Cast Begins Production ‘Soon’
Winter is coming. Kristen Bell has revealed that the cast of “Frozen 3” will “soon” begin production on the highly anticipated third installment of the hit animated movie musical franchise.
Although Bell, who voices Anna, hasn’t heard any of the new songs for “Frozen 3,” she disclosed that she has seen the script. “That’s all I can say. I’m under lock and key,” she explained, adding some insight into the script development process.
“It’s all mostly like concept stuff in the beginning like, ‘Here’s where we think it should go,’” Bell said. “That’s the one great thing about Disney — it goes through a thousand filters, not to be diplomatic, but because everyone’s going to add something different. “Frozen 3” is slated for release in 2027. Visual development art unveiled in August 2024 offers a glimpse into the film, featuring Elsa (Idina Menzel) on a white horse and Anna on a brown stag.
The original “Frozen” was written and co-directed by Jennifer Lee alongside Chris Buck. The Oscar-winning animated feature, as well as its 2019 sequel “Frozen II,” are set in the fictional kingdom of Arendelle and feature a voice cast led by Bell, Menzel, Jonathan Groff as Kristoff, and Josh Gad as the lovable snowman Olaf. The first “Frozen” premiered in 2013, followed by the sequel six years later.
I caught up with Bell on Thursday night at the “Nobody Wants This” Season 2 premiere at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood. The show, which follows two sisters who co-host a podcast, features a guest appearance by Leighton Meester, wife of Bell’s co-star Adam Brody, in its second season.
When asked about her husband Dax Shepard potentially appearing on the show, Bell was candid. “He probably ‘never’ will,” she said. “He likes podcasting,” referring to Shepard’s popular series, *Armchair Expert With Dax Shepard.*
“But it’s still acting and there’s a whole thing that comes along with that. It’s like you have to do hair and makeup, memorize the lines, and then you’re there all day,” Bell continued. “He’s so happy and content with his career.
