Trump Grants Sweeping Pardons to Dozens Targeted After 2020 Election [WATCH]

President Donald Trump has issued a broad pardon proclamation extending clemency to dozens of allies who faced prosecution over efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election. The order, signed and released by the White House, declares the pardons part of an effort to correct what the president called a “grave national injustice” and move toward “national reconciliation.”

“This proclamation ends a grave national injustice perpetrated upon the American people following the 2020 presidential election and continues the process of national reconciliation,” the document reads.

The proclamation grants “a full, complete and unconditional pardon to all United States citizens for conduct relating to the advice, creation, organization, execution, submission, support, voting activities, participation in, or advocacy for or of any slate or proposed slate of presidential electors, whether or not recognized by any state or state official in connection with the 2020 presidential election, as well as for any conduct relating to their efforts to expose voting fraud and vulnerabilities in the 2020 presidential election.”

Among those named are several high-profile figures who became central to post-election investigations, including Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s former personal attorney and former mayor of New York; John Eastman, one of Trump’s lawyers involved in election-related legal strategies; and Tyler Bowyer, a senior member of Turning Point USA.

In total, the list includes more than 70 individuals. Some of the names listed in the document are Mark Amick, Kathy Berden, Christina Bobb, Joseph Brannan, Carol Brunner, Mary Buestrin, Darryl Carlson, James “Ken” Carroll, Brad Carver, Robert Cheeley, Kenneth Chesebro, Hank Choate, Jeffrey Clark, Vikki Consiglio, Nancy Cottle, James DeGraffenreid, John Downey, Jenna Ellis, Boris Epshteyn, Amy Facchinello, Bill Feehan, Carolyn Fisher, Harrison Floyd, Clifford Frost, Kay Godwin, Edward Scott Grabins, Stanley Grot, John Haggard, Scott Hall, Misty Hampton, David G. Hanna, Mark Hennessy, Mari-Ann Henry, Durward James Hindle III, Andrew Hitt, Jake Hoffman, Burt Jones, Anthony T. Moorhead, Loraine Pellegrino, Sidney Powell, James Renner, Eileen Rice, Mayra Rodriguez, Mike Roman, Rose Rook, Kelly Ruh, Greg Safsten, David Shafer, Marian Sheridan, Ray Stallings Smith III, Robert F. Spindell Jr., Shawn Still, Ken Thompson, Pam Travis, James Troupis, Kent Vanderwood, Kelli Ward, Michael Ward, and C. B. Yadav.

The proclamation notes that the pardon applies only to those whose conduct was directly related to post-election challenges or alternate elector efforts, as well as activities tied to investigating or exposing alleged voting irregularities.

In a statement posted to X, Tyler Bowyer expressed gratitude toward President Trump and others who supported those charged in connection with the post-election cases.

“I am very grateful for the support of the President and his pardon attorney Ed Martin, and the many who have looked out for us since this expensive injustice has taken place in the swing states,” he wrote. “We were targeted to sideline many of us politically. It has nearly bankrupted and caused severe trauma to many good people on this list—this is why it is important to get to the bottom of what was carried out against good faith and active citizens who took to the courts to ask questions about the 2020 election.”

While the proclamation offers comprehensive relief for those prosecuted or investigated, it explicitly excludes President Trump himself.

“This pardon does not apply to the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump,” the document states. That clarification ensures that any ongoing or future legal proceedings involving the president personally are not affected by the order.

The move, however, effectively brings to a close years of prosecutions, investigations, and civil actions targeting individuals tied to Trump’s post-election legal and political efforts.

PA Democrats Plot to Oust John Fetterman in 2028 Primary [WATCH]

Top Democrats in Pennsylvania are quietly organizing plans to challenge Senator John Fetterman in the 2028 Democratic primary, according to Axios.

While Fetterman remains a popular figure across the state, his moderate posture toward former President Trump is drawing ire from segments of his own party, as reported by The Gateway Pundit. Fetterman, who triumphed in 2022 against Republican Mehmet Oz, flipped what had been a GOP Senate seat. Despite that victory, some Democrats argue he has strayed too far from the party base.

According to party insiders, possible challengers include U.S. Representatives Brendan Boyle and Chris Deluzio, as well as former Representative Conor Lamb. Some officials have already begun criticizing Fetterman years ahead of the primary.

At the heart of the backlash is Fetterman’s insistence on restraint in political rhetoric toward Trump supporters. During a recent public event, he said:

“I know and I love people who voted for President Trump. They are NOT fascists, they’re NOT Nazis, they’re NOT trying to destroy the Constitution. I REFUSE to call people Nazis or fascists. I would never compare anybody to Hitler.”

“Like Charlie Kirk, all I could say is let people grieve, give people the space. I’m not going to use that terrible thing and that assassination to make my argument and try to put out my views.”

“It’s like, my God, he’s a father that had his neck blown out by a bullet. And now people have forgotten: President Trump was in my state was shot in the head. Could you imagine where our nation would be if he were hit in the same way as Kirk? We really got to turn the temperature down.”

These remarks underscore Fetterman’s approach: rejecting harsh labels for Trump voters and warning against escalating political hostility.

Internally, Democrats see risk in allowing Fetterman to run unchallenged. Some believe his centrist positions could weaken turnout among progressive voters or invite criticism from within the party. One Axios dispatch describes the looming primary field as a “maneuvering” among insiders aimed at forcing Fetterman off the ticket.

Fetterman, however, has pushed back on the speculation. As of now, none of the potential challengers has formally declared a Senate run in 2028. Some have left the door open to run if Fetterman declines to seek reelection.

The internal debates among Pennsylvania Democrats signal fissures that could influence the 2028 Senate landscape in one of the nation’s key battleground states.

Chris Hansen Joins ICE in Capture of Transgender Illegal Accused of Assaulting Two Boys [WATCH]

Journalist and “Takedown” host Chris Hansen recently joined Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents during an enforcement operation, as featured on Jesse Watters Primetime. The collaboration between Hansen’s investigative team and ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) targets illegal aliens who have committed crimes against minors.

During one such operation in San Diego, agents arrested a transgender illegal alien identified as Diana Devon-Richardson. Devon-Richardson is accused of sexually assaulting two teenage boys while babysitting. Video footage from the ride-along shows Hansen asking the suspect, “Do you know why they decided to pick you up today?” Devon-Richardson responded, “I don’t know. I was on my way to an appointment for a new apartment, and they jumped out of nowhere. I wasn’t even paying attention. I was on my way to get to Starbucks.”

Watters played the clip during his show and said, “Chris Hansen did a ride-along and caught a wild one, a trans illegal. Meet Diana Devon-Richardson. He allegedly sexually assaulted two young boys while he was babysitting. Hansen nabbed him getting a pumpkin spice at Starbucks.”

When questioned about the allegations, Devon-Richardson’s dismissive reply was, “Nothing. They were rich.” Hansen later corrected these claims during his Fox News interview.

“First of all, it wasn’t 32 years ago. It was 20 years ago when Deanna was Devon, living in Maryland, and was convicted of sexually assaulting two teen boys. He was babysitting, convicted, did time, had some other trouble with the law, transitioned into his current identity, and was living in San Diego without registering as a sex offender. I’m sorry. You’re here illegally. It’s time to go,” Hansen stated.

Devon-Richardson was taken into ICE custody for violating federal law by failing to register as a sex offender and for remaining in the United States illegally.

Hansen shared with Watters that ICE has recently intensified efforts to arrest convicted predators through these operations. “In the last month, we have caught 45 predators seeking to exploit children. Seven of those were part of a new investigative series with ICE-E-R-O. They go out after these people who are here illegally but have also been convicted of crimes against children,” he explained.

He recounted a case involving a convicted sex offender from Mexico living next to a daycare center and only three blocks from a school. “As we’re doing this, anti-ICE protesters are rallying outside ICE headquarters with no idea what we just did,” Hansen remarked.

Watters pointed out the irony of the protests, saying, “So they don’t like ICE next to schools.” Hansen responded, “But it’s okay to have a registered sex offender next door to a daycare facility.”

Hansen praised ICE officers for their dedication and professionalism. “They are very happy to have their hard work shown. These are dedicated men and women who are trying to get criminals out of this country,” he said.

Closing the segment, Watters emphasized the seriousness of such offenses. “If you’re accused of having sex with a kid and you’re in this country illegally, you’re going home,” he concluded.
