BMW crash case: Court defers Gaganpreet Kaur’s bail hearing

**BMW Crash Case: Court Defers Gaganpreet Kaur’s Bail Hearing**

*By Snehil Singh | September 20, 2025, 03:07 PM*

A Delhi court has postponed the bail hearing of Gaganpreet Kaur, the prime accused in a fatal BMW accident that resulted in the death of Deputy Secretary Navjot Singh and injured his wife, Sandeep.

The Patiala House Court deferred the hearing to September 24, after the police requested more time to collect crucial evidence, including Kaur’s phone and driving license. Investigators informed Judicial Magistrate Ankit Garg that they oppose granting bail at this stage, as the probe is still in its early stages.

**Evidence Collection Underway**

Kaur’s husband, Parikshit Makkad, currently holds her mobile phone, which police deem vital for the investigation. Authorities revealed that the phone contains important messages sent after the crash, and Makkad is expected to hand it over soon.

Meanwhile, Gaganpreet Kaur remains in judicial custody until September 27. She faces charges of culpable homicide not amounting to murder and rash driving related to the case.

**Preservation of CCTV Footage**

The court has also issued a notice regarding an application seeking the preservation of CCTV footage from the site of the accident. On Thursday, the court observed that there is no provision for sharing such footage with the accused in a criminal case.

Following the incident, the police registered cases under several penal provisions, including culpable homicide not amounting to murder, as well as rash and negligent driving.

**Details of the Incident and Ongoing Investigation**

The accident occurred on September 14 around 1:00 PM near Dhaula Kuan. Navjot Singh and his wife were returning from Bangla Sahib Gurdwara on a motorcycle when they were struck by Kaur’s BMW. Parikshit Makkad was in the passenger seat of the BMW at the time.

Police are also investigating possible attempts to tamper with evidence after the crash. This includes scrutiny of Kaur’s alleged visit to a hospital nearly 19 kilometers away from the accident site, which is under further examination by authorities.

Horrifying D4vd Scandal: 13-Year-Old Girl Found Dismembered in His Tesla — Creepy Texts, Songs, and Star Links Exposed

**Disturbing Details Emerge in Case of Missing 13-Year-Old Girl Found in Singer D4vd’s Tesla**

*Published: September 19, 2025 | 3:00 p.m. ET*

Shocking new information has come to light regarding singer D4vd and his alleged connection to a missing 13-year-old girl whose dismembered remains were discovered in his Tesla, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

Celeste Rivas, a Lake Elsinore, California middle school student, was reported missing in May 2024 — around the time she was last believed to have spoken with her family. Her remains were found on September 8, the day after what would have been her 15th birthday, inside the trunk of an impounded Tesla registered to David Anthony Burke, known professionally as D4vd. The 20-year-old artist was on tour when authorities made the gruesome discovery.

Following the discovery, D4vd has canceled his tour dates as the investigation into Rivas’ death continues. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that Burke has been cooperating with investigators and emphasized that he has not been charged with any crimes as of September 19.

**Discovery of Remains in Tesla**

The harrowing find occurred after the Tesla was impounded. The vehicle had been abandoned for several days near Doheny Place and Bluebird Avenue in the Hollywood Hills, close to the singer’s $20,000-per-month rental home.

While the homicide investigation remains active and the official cause of death has not yet been released, officials noted that Rivas appeared to have been deceased for an extended period based on the state of decomposition.

**Background and Family Statements**

Insiders revealed that Rivas had run away from home multiple times prior to being reported missing. According to one source, she maintained contact with school friends for over a year after her disappearance, but ceased responding to messages around July or August 2024.

Several sources claimed that the relationship between Rivas and D4vd was an “open secret” among their classmates. Although details are limited, it is believed the pair met when the girl was approximately 12 or 13 years old.

Rivas’ brother, Matthew, told local news outlets that the family was aware of the relationship and that D4vd often picked his sister up from school in the same Tesla Y model in which her remains were found.

Her mother, Mercedes Rivas, also spoke with the media, confirming that her daughter had a boyfriend named “David.” She revealed that the two shared matching tattoos on their index fingers, both inscribed with the word “Shh…”

**Photos and Videos Surface Online**

Disturbing images and videos of D4vd with a young girl believed to be Celeste have recently circulated on social media, prompting users to forward the content to law enforcement for investigation.

One photo shows the singer socializing with teenagers in Lake Elsinore, located about a mile from Rivas’ home. Another image, posted on the Instagram Story of a close friend of D4vd’s, features the singer and the girl taking a mirror selfie captioned, “luh calm pic.”

Additionally, a December 2023 photo shared on Discord depicts D4vd with a young girl resembling Rivas, though her face is partially concealed with a blanket. When asked in the chat, “aye whos the girl?” D4vd responded, “u are a feddddd.”

**Connection to D4vd’s 2022 Song “Romantic Homicide”**

Internet sleuths following the case have also spotlighted D4vd’s 2022 track “Romantic Homicide,” raising concerns about possible eerie connections. Notably, the song was released on September 7 — Rivas’ birthday — and the music video features a girl who bears similarities to the victim.

The lyrics have drawn particular scrutiny, especially the chilling verse:

*“In the back of my mind, I killed you / And I didn’t even regret it / I can’t believe I said it / But it’s true / I hate you.”*

As the investigation proceeds, authorities continue to gather evidence to determine the full circumstances surrounding Celeste Rivas’ tragic death. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

d4vd wrote song for 15-year-old found dead in his Tesla?

**d4vd Wrote Song for 15-Year-Old Found Dead in His Tesla?**

*By Apoorva Rastogi | Sep 19, 2025, 06:13 PM*

A resurfaced song by American singer-songwriter d4vd, 20, has drawn significant attention after fans noticed it shares a name with a 15-year-old girl whose body was recently found in his abandoned Tesla.

The track, which leaked online in late 2023 under the title *Celeste_Demo unfin*, appears to be dedicated to someone named Celeste. This name matches that of Celeste Rivas, whose dismembered remains were discovered last week in d4vd’s impounded vehicle at a Hollywood tow yard.

### Song Lyrics Stir Speculation

Although the track was subsequently removed from SoundCloud, where it allegedly leaked, TMZ reported some of the haunting lyrics. d4vd sings:

> “Oh, Celeste / The girl with my name tattooed on her chest / Smell her on my clothes like cigarettes / I hear her voice each time I take a breath / I’m obsessed.”

The song further includes:

> “Oh, Celeste / Afraid you’ll only love me when undressed.”

The timing of the song’s leak and its lyrics have fueled speculation regarding any potential connection to Rivas’s death.

### Ongoing Investigation

While no direct link has been confirmed between the song and Celeste Rivas’s tragic death, several details have raised questions. Rivas’s mother told reporters that her daughter went missing in April 2024 and that she had a boyfriend named David at the time. Since d4vd’s real name is David Anthony Burke, this information has intensified scrutiny.

Authorities have noted a photo of d4vd taken in Lake Elsinore, near where Rivas lived with her family before she disappeared. Additionally, an image circulating online allegedly shows d4vd with a girl resembling Celeste, though officials have yet to verify her identity.

Police have searched d4vd’s home for evidence including traces of blood, but no formal charges have been filed so far.

### Tour Disruption Amid Homicide Investigation

The discovery of Celeste Rivas’s body in d4vd’s vehicle has turned the case into an active homicide investigation. A spokesperson for d4vd stated that the singer is “fully cooperating with the authorities.”

In light of the ongoing probe, d4vd canceled a scheduled show in Seattle earlier this week and is believed to have returned to Los Angeles as the investigation continues to unfold.

As the case develops, more information is expected to emerge regarding the tragic circumstances surrounding Celeste Rivas’s death.
